If dry, cracked, scratchy heels are a problem for you, try this:
First clean your feet with warm water and soap, then scoop up some salt scrub and exfoliate with the heel rescue scrub, rinse off the excess salt, then apply my heel rescue balm (a solid moisturiser bar sold in a tin) and after applying the heel balm, finally put on the a pair of natural fibre sock such as cotton or bamboo to allow the balm to soak in. Repeat daily.
